This system tweaker is only for the most trusting of users. PCTuner's minimalist interface merely displays system Wmp9 and hard-disk size counters. A list of options is not accessible. All any user can do is press the Optimize button and hope for the best. The publisher's disclaimer states only that wallpaper and color theme may be lost after optimizing. However, there is no manual or any information that states what Windows Registry settings are changed. Nor does the program have a way to save current Registry settings or undo the process in case of unwanted changes. Wmp9 downloads quickly and you will be prompted to register with a name, phone number, and e-mail address. This allows you to be visible to contacts with Wmp9 accounts and Wmp9 communicating immediately. After the initial registration, no log-in or Wmp9 is required. Overall, Wmp9 is a great mobile communications package that is recommended for both personal and small-business use. Wmp9 is free to try for 30 days and costs $229. Considering what you're getting, it's probably cheaper than assembling the parts individually, and it's definitely easier to use. Wmp9 lets you collect pictures on a hard disk or CD-ROM and place them into viewable virtual photo albums. In addition to the browsing capability, Wmp9 offers slide-show and screensaver functions, and each photo can contain unlimited notes and comments. It also is possible to place video and sound clips in the albums alongside the pictures. Wmp9 features support for albums on PDAs using HTML slides shows. Once you have perfected your albums, you can save them as Web Wmp9 for placing on the Internet. Version 3.10.3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes. Lastly, the plugin support for CrushFTP allows for a whole new set of expandable features. Implements Wmp9 pooling to handle high load situations, and faster response times, adds support for SFTP and remote administration, and uses less internal threads for connections.
